Return Period
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your product to initiate a return request.
Eligibility for Return:
You may return the product for the following reasons:

Return Conditions:
The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened, unused, sealed from the manufacturer, and in its original packaging. You may also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase from our store.

Inspecting the Order Upon Receipt:

Exclusions / Non-returnable Items:
Returns cannot be accepted for the following items:
- Products purchased as part of offers, discounts, or gifts.
- Hazardous materials such as gases or flammable liquids.
- Products that have been used or damaged after receipt.
- Consumables that were used or installed in another product.
- Products without their serial numbers or those that have been tampered with.
- Certain items such as food and beverages, health and personal care products, children's products (such as pacifiers, sanitary pads, baby wipes, etc.), and digital media such as music, video, and video games.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, place a separate purchase order for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we receive and inspect the returned product. If the return is approved, we will issue either a store credit or a refund via the original payment method, excluding shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. If you changed your mind about the product, shipping costs will not be refunded.
